The Faculty of Social and Management Sciences (FS&MS) currently hosts two major departments running eight programmes. The faculty comprises of diverse community of students, faculty members, and staff who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of the students and the Society in general. It is headed by an acting dean, Dr Justina Adaku Okoror, a seasoned professional in accounting, taxation and management.

Programme Duration
To qualify for an honour’s degree, a student shall complete his/her degree requirements within the minimum period prescribed, or a period not exceeding two additional years beyond the prescribed minimum duration.
Admission/Entry Requirements
Graduation Requirements
To graduate, students must register for courses as specified in handbook and accumulate a minimum of 144- credit units/hours in total.
Additionally, student must have completed a specified number of credit units, including all core and elective courses, and a final year project. Students are required to have passed the following minimum credit units at each level of the programme:
