Aside from undergraduate programmes, Prime University will in future, offer a broad variety of short term courses, remedial programs and postgraduate degrees in various fields to meet various needs. There will be part time courses at the Leadership Training Center which will be targeted at the working class to upscale their proficiency in their various roles at the workplace. The Career Mentoring Center will offer programs, which will mainly focus on imparting entrepreneurship skills in participants to enable them secure hands~on abilities to stand on their own. For high school leavers who seek for a place to remedy their deficiencies in any of the qualifying examinations such as WAEC, NECO, JAMB and NABTEB, the Remedial Year Programs offers a ready platform. This will run for nine months for all subjects.

Under this category, there will also be a School of Postgraduate Programs. It will offer courses in Sciences, Management and Information Technology. The four non undergraduate offerings at Prime University are as follows:

1. Part Time Courses at the Leadership Training Center (LTC)
2. Skills and Entrepreneurship Training at the Career Development Center (CDC).
3. Remedial Programmes in all WAEC, NECO, JAMB and NABTEB subjects.
4. Postgraduate Programmes in Management, Sciences and ICT.

During the inaugural semester opening in October 2023, only undergraduate and remedial programs will be introduced.
